Qualification:

•  MBA from tier 2 B school

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8- 10 years experience in educational institutions after completion of  MBA.
• Worked in higher educational institutions with experience in alumni relations or  placement or admissons.

Job Description:

• Ensuring smooth operations from the obtaining of the capstone till completion.
• Creating a plan for ELI capstone projects.
• Creating a budget & be responsible for the same.
• Developing proposals & presentations for addition of new organizations to obtain capstone projects.
• Developing and implementing marketing plan for promotion of capstone projects as required.
• Setting up discussions with organizations and faculty mentors both online and offline to understand the project requirements.
• Ensuring that there are a variety of capstone projects in business analytics, data science, human resources, marketing, finance, strategy & consulting
• Ensuring MoUs/Letter of intents are in place between the organization and KJSIM.
• Coordinating with the SVU legal team.
• Recruiting & overseeing a student committee of ten students who will support the capstone projects.
• Ensuring ELI job descriptions received from the organizations are robust.
• Coordinating recruitment, selection and student offer letters.
• Ensuring the student commencement of capstone.
• Collaboratively working with the division officers for faculty mentor assignment.
• Continuing to build relationship with the organizations during the capstone.
• Conducting interim reviews on the capstone projects with different stakeholders – students, organizations & faculty mentors.
• Coordinating with faculty for final presentation evaluation.
• Collecting & analyzing feedback from with different stakeholders – students, organizations & faculty mentors.
• Create a website for Capstone
• Coordinate faculty visit to Capstone project organizations.
• Create  & Distribute the Capstone journal
