Job Description

 

Qualification:

  • Graduates in any discipline (education in business administration preferred - BMS, BBA), MBA -HR/Marketing will be a plus.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Knowledge of Educational Programme Management or Sales.
  • Experience in Education/ EdTech industry is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Application Evaluation : 1) Evaluation and assessment of applicant materials, including experience certificates, eligibility criteria, transcripts etc. 2) Coordinate and manage the programme application process, ensuring all required materials are submitted and processed promptly. 3) Review applications for completeness of admission criteria requesting additional documentation as needed.
  • Applicant/ EdTech Support : 1) Serve as the primary point of contact for Edtech Partner, answering inquiries, providing information, and offering support throughout the application process. 2) Assist understanding admission requirements, deadlines, and programme details. 
  • Communication with Applicants and EdTech Partner : 1) Communicate admission decisions to applicants/ EdTech partner in a timely and professional manner. 2) Provide feedback and guidance to waitlisted or denied applicants.
  • Enrollment Support : 1) Assist in the enrollment process, including document submission, payment of fees etc. 2) Sending Offer Letters and managing post offer queries. 
  • Reporting and Data Management : 1) Maintain accurate and organized applicant records and databases. 2) Generate reports on admission statistics and trends to inform programme improvements.
  • Invoicing, Collections and Record Keeping : 1) Coordination with Account Department for raising the invoices/ bills payments. 2) Coordinating with clients/ vendors regarding. 3) Keeping track of income and expenses for every programme.

  • Excellent time management, organised and detail -oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication.
  • Knowledge of Managing Executive Dregree Programmes.
