Qualification:

  • B. Tech (M. Tech / MBA is desired).

Required Experience:

  •  2 years of experience (industry preferred)

Job Description:

  • Assist Training & Placement Officer (TPO) for Placements and Internship related activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to create placement opportunities for students.
  • Actively engage with employers to explore job opportunities, internships, and partnerships for student placement.
  • Provide career counselling, resume building workshops, and interview preparation sessions for students.
  • Maintain placement records and provide regular reports on placement metrics, including employment rates and company feedback.
  • Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and corporate talks.
  • Work closely with faculty and academic teams to align the curriculum with industry needs and employer expectations.
  • Regularly follow up with placed students and employers to ensure successful onboarding and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Skills

  • Strong interest in interacting with industry as well as other organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
