Qualification: Postgraduate (preferably MBA) with networking skills and experience in outreach programs and collaborations. Prior experience in managing, designing and marketing content (both online and offline) will be preferred. Expertise in media management, especially, social media is key. Proficiency in excel, proofreading and social media analytics is desirable.

Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the education sector and experience in Outreach activities in Cultural/ Art institutions

1. Responsible for managing the administrative side of the organization with the Director and the Section Officer.

2. Head the outreach arm of the organization to generate awareness, secure collaborations and admissions in the academic programmes offered.

3. Manage the interface with the larger institutional networks of Somaiya Vidyavihar University with the Section Officer. Manage interactions with art institutions regionally and internationally.

4. In charge of visiting Professors, their scheduling and classes, payments, seminars, conferences, etc, with the Section Officer.

5. Assist the Director in creating institutional presentations and mounting events; developing publicity material with the IT Department, keeping records of the organisation’s growth, mainting accounts with the Accounts Department.
