Qualification:

Graduation, BWF Level 3 Certificate
Sports Achievement
A) Participation in Major International recognized competition
B) Participation in any of the following:
       • Recognized Senior National Championships
       • Khelo India University Games 3. All India Inter University games
C).Two times participation in any of the following:
      • Recognized Junior/Youth National Championship
      • Inter Services/Inter Railways Championships/All India Police Games.
      • Khelo India Youth/Khelo India School Games.
D). Successful completion of SAI, NS NIS Six Week Certificate Course in Sports 
      Coaching (Badminton)

Required Experience:

     Minimum 5 years

Job Description:

•To work with all Badminton players interested to learn Badminton at Somaiya Sports 
   Academy and affiliated institutes.
• To Identify, scout and train potential Badminton players to reach higher levels in the sport.
• To train existing Badminton players of Somaiya Sports Academy and Somaiya institutions to increase    their performance.
• To inform Somaiya Sports Academy regarding tournaments or events where the athletes 
   can get exposure.
• To be actively involved with the social media and events team to plan and organize 
   tournaments across campus to increase the popularity of the sport and utilize the 
   infrastructure at Somaiya Sports Academy.
• To maintain regular documentation of courses and coaching sessions conducted, 
   player profiles, reimbursement documents, and share as needed, in a time sensitive 
   manner.
• To get the required affiliations from the federation and represent Somaiya Sports 
   Academy at a federation level for Badminton.
• To conduct advanced coaching programs at Somaiya Sports Academy and actively 
   increase continuous participation from players of various age in the same
