Amruta Prasad Gangan is working as an Assistant Professor in English at KJ Somaiya College of Art and Commerce since April 2010. She has accomplished her graduation and Post Graduation from the University of Mumbai in the year 2006 and 2008 respectively. She has been Mumbai Board Topper at HSC and top Scorer in Psychology in the year 2003. She cleared UGC NET (English) and has been awarded JRF in December 2009.
Her Areas of Specialization include Indian Literature in English, Literature of Indian Diaspora, Post Colonial Literature, and Literary Theory and Criticism. She has been teaching courses - Communication Skills in English, Business Communication, Ancillary English, Indian Literature in English, Journalism, Literary Criticism, and 20th Century British Literature to the under-graduate Arts and Commerce students since last 12 years.
