Dr. Ramola Sinha is working in Mechanical Department since July 1999 at K.J.Somaiya College of Engineering and presently working as Associate Professor.  She received her BE (Mechanical) degree from NIT, Patna (formerly BCE Patna, Patna University) and M.E (Mechanical) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, University of Mumbai in 2007. She did her Ph.D from VJTI, University of Mumbai in Mechanical engineering.

She has published many papers in reputed International Journals and presented papers in International conferences. She has been reviewers in many international journals in the area of thermal engineering.  Her research interest are related to Heat Transfer, Numerical method, Computational fluid dynamics, Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Renewable and non-renewable energy, Power plant engineering and solar energy etc. She is currently expanding her knowledge in numerical heat transfer and CFD. She has passion about education field and hence selected it as a career. She has sound technical background and has developed professional expertise in her chosen field. She is member of many professional bodies like; ISTE, ISHMT and ISHRAE etc. She has rich experience of academic, administrative and co-curricular activities in the institute.
