Dr. Radha Iyer is an Adjunct Professor and the Area Chairperson for the General Management area with K J Somaiya Institute of Management. Along with twenty three years of experience in academia, she has a decade plus of industry experience with organizations like The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Marico Industries and Indian Hotels.

She has a MBA in HR from JBIMS and PhD in Learning & Development from SNDT - Mumbai. 

She facilitates courses on entrepreneurship, innovation, social entrepreneurship & managing new ventures.

She has facilitated management development programmes for various organizations in the areas of entrepreneurship and innovation. She has also conducted faculty development programs on entrepreneurship for National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) - Wadhwani Foundation, Atal Incubation Centre – Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (AIC – RMP) & Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association (PTVA), KES’ Shroff College  and Bedekar institute of Management Studies. 

She has been a visiting faculty at IIM Ranchi, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) , NMIMS School of Design & Nirmala Niketan. 

In the past she has led the Innovation & Entrepreneurship cell and the base of the pyramid community initiatives on campus. 

Her contributions to literature are in entrepreneurship & management development. She is a PhD supervisor in the area of entrepreneurship.

She is the recipient of multiple awards for teaching.
