Dr. Rupali Paranjpe holds a Ph.D. awarded by SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai..The title of her research is  "The role of microfinance in entrepreneurial development". With over 18 plus years of experience in academia, she specializes in teaching courses such as Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Financial Statement Analysis, and Financial Markets and Instruments.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Rupali has made significant contributions to the field of microfinance and entrepreneurship. Notably, her research paper, "Impact of Microfinance on Enhanced Well-Being of Self-Help Group Women in the Post-COVID Scenario," was awarded the First Runner-Up Award at the Business Analytics Conference. This paper was subsequently published in Model Assisted Statistics and Applications (Vol. 17, No. 4, pp. 265-271, 2022).

Dr. Rupali had also received research funding from SVU in 2020, enabling further exploration in the field. Their recent research paper, "Impact of Family Values & Upbringing on Sibling Relationships: Moderating Role of Wealth Inheritance," has been accepted for publication in The Social Science Journal by Taylor & Francis. This prestigious Q2 publication, indexed in Scopus and the Web of Science, has an impact factor of 1.8 and a competitive acceptance rate of just 17%.

In addition to research, Dr. Rupali has authored a case study titled "Dax Water Tech: Search for Right Capital," which was published by Ivey Publishing, Canada, in January 2024.
