Mrs. Tilottama P. Dhake joined KJSIEIT as a lecturer in february 2006, after nearly 3 years of service to J.T. Mahajan College of Engineering, Faizpur (NBA ‘A’ Grade College). At JTMCOE, she worked as a lecturer in Electronics and Telecommunication Department where she developed PCB laboratories for Project Work. She was actively involved in critical academic and administrative works including accreditation work. She taught various courses to second, third and final year students like Analog and Digital Circuits, Electronic Devices and Circuit-I & II, Component Devices & Technology, Electronic Instrumentation, Electronic Measurement, Consumer electronics, and Principles of communication etc.

Mrs. Tilottama Dhake has done her graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication from J.T. Mahajan College of Engineering, Faizpur, affiliated to North Maharashtra University and did her post-graduation with distinction from Terna Engineering College,Nerul, affiliated to Mumbai University.

She is Life member of ISTE.

Presently working as Assistant Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Department and is involved in many administrative and academic works. Her total teaching experience of 15 years.

She received minor Research Grant from University of Mumbai in 2014 for “Performance Measure, Analysis and Comparison Of System Level Simulation Based LTE And WiMAX 4G Cellular Technology for Telecommunication System”, Grant Worth Rs.25000/- She is Principal Investigator 

She received minor Research Grant from University of Mumbai in 2018 for “Development of an Arduino-based Nanosatellite”, Grant Worth Rs.45000/- she is Co-Investigator: Mrs. Tilottama P Dhake.

She has attended various Short Term Training Programs (STTP) organized by ISTE New Delhi. She has also presented many study papers in National and International conferences organized by different colleges in India.

She teaches various courses like Cloud Computing and Security, Mobile Communication and Computing, Mobile Communication, Principles of Communication Engineering, Internet and Voice Communication, Computer Communication Network, Mobile Communication(old), Elements of Microelectronic Engineering, Principles of Communication System, Digital Telephony, Analog Communication, Analog Electronic I and II,Electronic Devices and Circuit (I & II), .

She has the ability to solve engineering problems, design systems etc. through creative and innovative thinking. She has a knack of applying mathematical, scientific and technological tools to analyse and interpret data. Along with sound theoretical approach she emphasises on designing experiments to gather new data.

Her area of interest is Mobile Communication. She has guided/supervise mobile communication project such as congestion in cellular network, Implementation of WiMax and LTE system, Comparison of WiMax and LTE.
