Dr. Sachin Vilas Acharekar is presently working as an Assistant Professor at S K Somaiya College, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai. He has a postgraduate degree in Commerce and a Ph.D degree in the domain of Commerce. He has cleared NET (UGC) and SET (Pune). He has about 17 years of experience in Teaching and Research. Dr. Sachin V. Acharekar is a recognized Ph.D guide under the Somaiya Vidyavihar University for the Ph.D. program in Commerce and Business Studies under the Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies and a Member of the Board of Studies in Various Affiliated Autonomous Colleges of Mumbai University. He has authored 5 textbooks and has research paper publications in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC Journal, as well as publications in International, National, and State Level Journal and Paper Presented in Conferences and Seminar. Research Area specialization in the field of Accounts, Taxation, Cost, Finance and Education.
