Mr. Balasaheb Wagh is working as an Assistant Professor at K. J. Somaiya Institute of Dharma Studies, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai since 2016.

He works as an Assistant Controller of Examination as an additional charge from November 2021. He worked as an Incharge Examination Cell from August 2019 to October 2021.

He completed his B.Ed and M.Phil after completing the Masters in Sanskrit in the Specialization of Vyakarana and completed the research work on Akriti Ganapatha in the Paninian Grammar.

He is the Ph.D Scholar at Department of Sanskrit, University of Mumbai.

He also learned the Prakrit Grammar from B.L. Institute of Indology, Delhi, and received the Deven Jain Foundation Award for the 1st rank in the same.

He took the initiative to establish the Yoga-Vidnyan Dnyanmandal of Marathi Vishavkosh Nirmiti Mandal, Govt. of Maharastra, and worked as Co-coordinator from 2017 to 2018.

He is also working as visiting faculty at the University of Mumbai.
