A LIQUID/SEMISOLID JAGGERY MANUFACTURING DEVICE
The bagasse burning is frequently practiced in the jaggery production. A large portion of heat is wasted towards the evaporation of inherent heat of the bagasse. The dust and fly ash remains after bagasse burning is a major environmental pollutant which contaminate the soil, water and air. Current invention provides a device for preparing liquid/semisolid jaggery (100) from the sugarcane juice (6) that comprises a) a rotatable first container (1) containing brine solution (1A); b) a cooling system (1B) to cool said brine solution (1A); c) a second container (2) - surrounding said first container, - containing sugarcane juice (6) in the annulus area (3), - having an openable hole (2B) at the bottom, and - having an insulation cover (2A) at outer side. The bagasse can be used in many industries including the paper and furniture making industry and reduce wood cutting.
