Description

The present invention provides metal particulates porous composite for the manufacturing of automobile oil filters. It also provides the process for making said metal particulates porous composite. It mainly comprises metal particulates selected from iron particulates and aluminum particulates; multi-wall carbon nanotubes; and one or more binders. Most preferably binder(s) is selected from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), wax, and tin.
