Green supply chain is gaining the importance in Industry as well as the academic sector due to government Policies and norms worldwide for reducing emissions and encouraging Environment-friendly production systems. The purpose of this paper is to formulate the strategies for improving the performance of a green supply chain. 21 performance measurement parameters were identified and five criteria were defined for measuring the performance of a green supply chain. Using Fuzzy TOPSIS method, they were ranked and finally, strategies are formulated using balanced scorecard method to improve the performance of green supply chain.
