In today’s world of human health, collecting real-time data is vital. An intelligent home-based platform, the Home Healthcare system, is proposed and implemented. In particular, the platform involves an open-platform-based intelligent medicine system with enhanced connectivity and interchangeability for the integration of devices and services. A system that can remotely monitor heart rate and body temperature is presented and implemented. The data collected from a particular patient using the sensors is developed. The Arduino micro-controller is programmed to transmit the data securely on webpage by using Wi-Fi module as well as displayed on serial monitor and serial plotter.
