Admissions Process
- Outstation students are given first preference for hostel stay
- Hostel admission is based on first come first serve basis.
- Students need to tick 'yes' for hostels while filling an online college admission form.
- For residential verification, photocopy of Pan card / Aadharcard / Passport should be uploaded on the portal is a must.
- On verification of the uploaded documents, an email with payment link will be sent to the student for making hostel payment.
- Students after making the payment, will be informed about their room and bed by the hostel in charge on their arrival to hostel.
- Any rejection of the students’ admission to hostel will be communicated via email.
- Consumption of Food from the Hostel Mess is compulsory for all the students opting for admission in the hostels.
- Local students’ admission for hostel will be considered after the outstation students admission
- Admitted students should upload their LATEST PHOTOGRAPH on the MY ACCOUNT option of the PORTAL
- Students who have procured admission in respective colleges and paid their college fees & received the receipt for the same and interested in availing hostel should click Yes tab for hostel while filling online form.
- Hostel and Mess Fees will be for 1 academic year only. Students will have to pay for the entire 1 academic year fees at the time of joining the hostel.
- At the beginning of the academic year students will have to inform the hostel office of their arrival minimum 15 days in advance through an email to the concerned authority.
Documents Required
Admitted students must bring the following document on the day of arrival to Hostel:
- One LATEST Photograph has to brought for the hostel I-CARD
- Print the document 'NOTICE’ which has a student undertaking , which is to be signed by the students and their parents . This signed copy has to be submitted to hostel office on arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Student’ who desire to cancel their hostel admission (only under medical emergency of self or parents at home) in the middle of their Academic Year, Students need to send an application for cancellation approved by their respective HOI with reasons, to the Warden /Rector. On the receipt of the application for cancellation, the process of cancellation and refund will be initiated in accordance with the rules and regulations. Students who wish to cancel their hostel admission need to fill a clearance form, available at the hostel office, a week before leaving the hostel.
Hostel Cancellation Charges
- If any student staying in the hostel wants to cancel admission in between the academic year that is from the date of admission into the hostel then the student can cancel admission by informing the hostel warden two months before leaving the date and there would be no refund of fees in any case.
- New admitted students wish to cancel the hostel admission due to a change in college admission or any other reason then:
- If the student cancels the admission within 15 to 30 days from the date of admission then 80% of fees will be refunded and Registration Charges of Rs.1500/- and Cancellation Charges of Rs. 1000 will be deducted.
- If the student cancels the admission after 30 days from the date of admission in the hostel then no fees will be refunded.
- Fees will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation.
- Hostel Deposit refund policy: Any student leaving the hostel will ensure to collect the Deposit within 6 months from the date of leaving of the hostel. After 6 months deposit will not be refunded.
